I hereby authorize the Directors of the Club to act for me according to their best judgement in any emergency requiring medical attention, and hereby waive and release the Club from any and all liability for any injury and/or illness incurred while participating in the Club.

Cost is $150 for one wrestler, $230 for two wrestlers, and $315 for three wrestlers (same family).

To register more than one wrestler, please complete a registration for each wrestler.

If paying by credit card, select the appropriate amount and pay on only one registration. For second (and third) registration, select "Multiple Wrestlers - Paid by Credit Card on Sibling Registration".
