WHY:

Camp is a great way for your child to be active, have fun, work hard, and continue the Perry Meridian wrestling tradition. Athletes will spend time learning and interacting with high school wrestlers and coaching staff, where they will be introduced to the basic fundamentals and rules of wrestling. 

 

SIGN UPS:

February 1st-10th (6:15-7:15 pm) outside of Perry Meridian HS wrestling room or sign up online @ www.perrymeridianwrestlingclub.com. 

 

WHEN and WHERE:

Perry Meridian HS Wrestling Room (401 W. Meridian School Rd.), February 12TH-14TH (6-7:15 pm), February 19th-21st (6-7:15 pm), and February 22nd Dual Tournament and Awards (6-8:30 pm).

 

COST:

• $50 for 1 wrestler

• $95 for 2 wrestlers

• $140 for 3 wrestlers

• Free to current PMWC members

 

INCLUDES: Camp participation, award for camp tournament, and camp t-shirt

 

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:

• Shoes (wrestling shoes are preferred but definitely not a must)

• T-shirt

• Shorts

• Mouthpiece is recommended for anyone with braces

• Headgear is optional

DIDN’T GET ENOUGH?:

After camp we hope to see you continue wrestling in our club.  We practice every Monday and Thursday, 6-7 pm in the HS wrestling room. Your athlete will continue to learn Folkstyle, Freestyle, and Greco-Roman wrestling techniques, and if you participate in camp, there is a discounted rate when joining the club!
